Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping orders out Mondays and Tuesdays. Shipments are typically received in 1-3 days from when they are fulfilled. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking to follow your delivery status.
TRANSIT TIMES FURTHER EXPLAINED:
We will only allow a package to be in transit for up to 2 consecutive business days if it contains a perishable product. Your order will be shipping from our ranch in Bandera, Texas. Depending on where you are located the order will be shipped FedEx overnight, or 2-Day Ground.
SHIPPING PROVIDER:
We will ship through whichever company (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) can get your order to you most quickly.
SHIPPING TIMES:
All orders are fulfilled by hand by members of our team. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship on Monday and Wednesday. This helps ensure orders make it to customers as quickly as possible and that customers are able to receive on the day of delivery.
Barring holidays or unforeseen events we will do our best to ensure that orders submitted by end of day Sunday will ship on Monday and orders submitted by end of day Tuesday will ship on Wednesday. Arrival times will be up to three days after shipping is confirmed on your order.
SHIPPING RATES:
- Orders less than $189 in product value will be shipped for a flat rate of $35
- Orders totaling $189 or more will be shipped at no charge.
- Free shipping available only in the contiguous US.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Any items that are out of stock are generally replenished within a few days so please check back periodically.
SHIPPING TO P.O.BOXES IS NOT AVAILABLE
Please you verify your correct shipping address. Any special instructions, can be added to the comment section upon checkout. Once your order ships, we have no control over what occurs to your order during transit, therefore, making sure your shipping address and delivery details are correct is highly important.
UPON ARRIVAL CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF PERISHABLE ITEMS
Each order will be shipped in an insulated cooler, packed with dry ice or a frozen ice packet. This ensures your order arrives fresh, cold, and safe. Our items are shipped frozen, ensuring they arrive to you at a safe temperature. It is possible that a portion of your order may not arrive completely frozen, especially when the weather is very warm. We suggest transferring the contents of your order to a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon receipt and at a minimum on the day of delivery. Though we go to great measures to ensure it is not, if any of your order is warm to the touch, we suggest discarding that portion and emailing us immediately at howdy@sovereigntyranch.com
We take food safety and shipping our products very seriously. We take as many measures as possible to ensure your order arrives in a safe condition.
** To dispose of dry ice, place it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature; the remainder of the ice will sublimate away. Never dispose of dry ice in a trash can, chemical waste container or other garbage/waste can.
